When it's Clear, it's AWESOME

On a clear day the scenery is simply awesome here. Saturday was a totally cloudless day and Mt. Rainier beckoned. We spent the day with our friends Loren, Kathy, Charlie and Minnie cruising around the mountain and taking a photo or two of one of the most spectacular sights in the country. There is still a huge amount of snow there for June. We tried to get to the Mt. St. Helen's viewpoint but it was still closed due to the snow pack.
