Devil Bug Update for Dec 9, 2009

Excellent news - No more grafts are required and Mo is doing really well! She is starting to get around a bit more which really helps boost the morale and makes for a much better situation overall. We went to Sun City, AZ for a birthday party last weekend and she navigated just fine. She is using her crutches more and that helps with the personal mobility issues and sense of independance.
We had quite a treat yesterday, our first snow of the season. We got about 3" of the white stuff and loved the wintery landscape it provided. I know, for those of you who have to live with the stuff all winter you probably think we're nuts, but for us Arizona folks, it's a nice break in the routine. We bought a Christmas tree yesterday and plan to set it up in the front "yard" to give our place some Christmas cheer. This is the first year since our marriage that Mo has not had all her decorations available to fix up our place. She was kinda bummed the other day but the tree helped a lot to get back in the holiday spirit. We plan to be back in Scottsdale for the annual Christmas Eve party with our friends Fran and Walter and our traditional family brunch on Christmas day.

Joy to the world and to all our friends and family !!!

Dave & Mo
