We are camped just east of Glenwood Springs, Co. at the Glenwood Springs RV Resort, site 113. This is a really nice spot, our patio faces the mountain and the Colorado River is just down the path. Notice the crowds. I sat under our awning on the patio and watched a large hawk hunting along the cliff and found a cave with my binnoculars that has a a large bird nest and occupants galore. Really rough just sittin' on the porch sipping Tanqueray and Tonics while watching mother nature do her thing. Yeah, I know but SOMEBODY has to do it. We will begin exploring in earnest tomorrow and more pics to follow of course. We are planning a trip to Aspen which is just down the road a piece and that will be new ground for us. Stay tuned >>>
